Each step up the steep rocky trail drains
your reduced energy. Without a water bottle with filter, your body
is dehydrating. One sight of the orange horizon tells you that you
have about an hour left, to get to the campground. Without a Coleman
lantern, you’ll be in the dark. Then as you take another step
onto the rock above, your ankle twists awkwardly. You sit down and
grab your ankle as you wince in pain. As you open your backpack
to retrieve bandages from your first aid kid, you remember that
it’s at home, along with your CHI
Hair Dryers care products. As the wilderness becomes darker
and colder, you suddenly hear an eerie howl in the distance…
Do you like hiking? Do you like being challenged?
If so, then try an extreme day hiking trip! This type of trek can
push your body to its limit, but can be rewarding as well. Before
leaving on your day trip, use your outstanding fhi heat and infrashine
products and make sure that you have everything that you need. The
essentials for your trip should include:
Sunscreen and Hats: Both sunscreen and
hats will help to prevent your skin from burning, which will ultimately
help to prevent skin cancer. Wear sunscreen in any weather –
even when it’s cloudy outdoors! Hats are also important in
helping to shield your face from the scorching sun. Make sure that
your hat definitely has a brim that’s huge, yet lightweight.
Food: Focus on foods that will give you
energy and will keep well during your trip. It’s better to
avoid fruits, oily, and fatty foods, as they could cause digestive
problems during the rigors of an extreme day hike.
Shoes: Choose shoes that are lightweight,
stretchy, and most importantly-comfy. Your best choices are light
hiking shoes, trail-running footwear, and ¾-top or high-top
cross-trainers. Keep this in mind: each pound of shoe is equal to
hauling roughly 8 pounds of gear in your backpack.
Trekking poles: Definitely bring a Coleman
trekking pole. By shifting some of the weight from your backpack
to your arms, your movement becomes one-fifth more efficient! Trekking
poles also provide more support and balance as you travel along
rocks, logs, streams, and steep inclines. These poles can conveniently
be stored in your backpack when not in use.
Water: You should minimize the amount of
water that you bring, as it will probably create more weight than
any other item in your camping gear. Determine how much water you
need, by analyzing factors such as the hiking trail, the current
weather, and the sources of water. Water bottles with filters will
be as useful to your body as a Farouk Chi
Rocket Hair Dryer is to your hair. Drop them off going up the
mountain, and then pick them up when going downwards.
Socks: Leave your traditional hiking socks
at home, but never forget to use your fhi heat and infrashine products.
A better option is a liner sock, a thin nylon sock, or any other
lightweight sock. Also, bring a second pair to wear halfway through
your extreme day hike.
Clothing: Forget about wearing cotton or
wool clothing. After using your fabulous T3
Flat Irons
make sure to choose clothes that are lightweight and allow your
perspiration to be released into the air. If you layer clothes made
of these high-tech fibers, your backpack will be lighter, and you’ll
be comfortable in any type of weather! The key to extreme day hike is to
pack lightly, but efficiently. While your trek will still be challenging,
preparing properly will allow it to be as enjoyable as using any
t3, hai
product. Make your extreme day hike, extremely fun!
